Repairability or Renewal

To recondition engine the unit will be disassembled, cleaned. Upon deissembling all the components will be closely checked in detail, if any component is dameged then it will be repaired or replaced in a thorough manner prior to rebuilt.
Through overhaul of the unit, an intensive cleaning, and the deburring of reworked oil pathways, and end checked assembly, complete engines/unit to be checked and tested onsite for oil pressure and compression.
To ensure the original specification of the engine, the processes include the detailed inspection and checking of components against manufacturer tolerances and class bureau requirements
